The Operations, Organization and Human Resources group's activities encompass the disciplines of technology management, organisational science, business ethics and human resource management. OOHR's education and research, as well as its services to the community, are focused on topics related to the structure, development, and management of organisations, especially in innovative organisations in technological environments. More specifically, OOHR's concentration is on the dynamic fit between the organisation and its environment, and on the strategic use of human and technological resources. Starting points for these investigations are modern contingency, stakeholder and supply chain management approaches, and structuration perspectives, among others. These starting points also determine the design and research methodology used within the department.
