Department Chair The School of Management and Governance's STePS research group provides a broad array of courses for Bachelor's and Master's students at the UT. On the one hand, the research group contributes to the teaching of the School's degree programmes. Examples of courses that STePS offers include: policy making; topics in the evaluation of policy; the history of Europe; scientific interpretations of ethics; organisation of the health care process; innovation and technology dynamics; and, technology assessment of IT. On the other hand, STePS furnishes complementary education around the social aspects of science and technology in various programmes of other UT faculties with courses like "Analysis of Technology in Society for the Advanced Technology" and "History of Natural Science for Mechanical Engineering". STePS also provides courses for programmes such as Industrial Design, Biomedical Technology, Civil Technology and Information Technology.Finally, STePS contributes to the following four Minor programmes at the UT: History, Futures, and Management of Innovation.
